We received an invitation to project from an elementary school in Jiangsu to construct an adjustable partition wall inside the classroom that was empty. This project was aimed at the creation of a more adaptable educational environment.
The goals were twofold one was to satisfy the increasing need for multi-purpose classrooms with the ability to adapt types of classes and formats for training in addition to design a space that was more reflective of the school's innovative and teacher-centered model of teaching.
By integrating an interior movable wall systems, the school was able to maintain an open layout while enabling instant reconfiguration--converting a large hall into three smaller classrooms and back again in just minutes.
The partition wall that is removable uses the ceiling track system which lets the floor remain neat and clean regardless of when the partitions retract, preserving the beauty and integrity of the area. Ceiling tracks also provide additional benefits of lessening washing and cleaning efforts.
The wall with a removable partition lets the school modify the size of the room depending on the requirements of classes and accommodate a range of learning formats, without needing permanent building. In addition, the soundproofing makes sure that classes be conducted concurrently with no interruption and maximizes the efficiency of space while maintaining an environment that is focused on learning.
The result is an entirely new approach to space for learning that is that is open and continuously flexible. The space is not just used for functional purposes, but also is a part of the everyday life of the institution, offering immediate feedback on the progress of learning. It can be used for groups, lectures, and workshops. The adjacent areas facilitate the informal learning process and encourage interaction, reinforcing the concept that education is a continuous sharing and shared experience.
"We placed a lot of importance on this particular project. The installation was not only accomplished within a very short period of time and with minimal effort, but the project also needed ecological sustainability and safety for pupils and teachers. This was clearly an extremely successful project." stated the project's coordinator, Mr. Yang, who coordinated the installation.
Since its inception the company has stuck to its primary goal that is to provide customers with the most enjoyable possible user experience. It also wants to bring more and more superior items to as many people as is possible.
