01/Basic thickness (65-80mm)
Applicable scenarios: temporary space division (such as exhibitions, event venues), offices with low requirements for sound insulation.
Material composition: fiberboard or light steel keel + single-layer gypsum board, filled with sound-absorbing cotton inside.

Material composition: double-layer 12mm gypsum board + 75mm light steel keel, filled with rock wool.

Material composition: three-layer composite structure (double-layer gypsum board + middle sound insulation layer), filled with high-density glass wool.

2. Industry standard reference
Functional requirements: basic partition, 65-80mm thickness can achieve space division, suitable for daily scenes such as offices and classrooms; those who prioritize sound insulation can choose a thickness of more than 100mm to reduce noise by 30-40 decibels, suitable for conference rooms and hotel banquet halls; super-high-rise buildings usually choose a thickness of more than 120mm with reinforced tracks, suitable for spaces with a floor height of more than 10 meters, to ensure wind pressure resistance.
Selection suggestions: After clarifying the space use, floor height and sound insulation requirements, give priority to models with integrated track systems. The thickness usually includes the track installation space to avoid additional floor height occupation.
Thickness ratio of environmentally friendly materials: Recycled materials must reach 30% (such as recycled steel keels + FSC certified wood).
3. Thickness correlation between operation and maintenance
Manual push-pull mechanism: When the thickness is ≤120mm, one person can easily operate it.
Data: The friction force of 100mm partition is only 15N, and the friction force of 150mm partition is 30N.
Relationship between life and thickness: 100mm partition: No cracking after 20,000 folds；150mm partition: The pulley assembly needs to be replaced after 30,000 folds (it is recommended to be inspected every 5 years).
