In the production and installation of customized movable partition walls and vertical folding lifting walls, safety is ensured through six core aspects: material selection, structural safety design, safety protection devices, compliance and testing, installation specifications, and user training & maintenance.
Fireproof Materials: Non-combustible materials such as flame-retardant boards and aluminum alloy frames that have passed GB8624-A testing are used. Wood veneers receive fire-retardant impregnation treatment, and track grooves are filled with fire-resistant rock wool (fire resistance limit ≥2 hours) to prevent rapid fire spread.
Environmentally Friendly & Non-Toxic: All materials meet strict low-VOC standards. Formaldehyde emissions from boards are controlled to ≤0.025mg/m³ (ENF grade).
Structural Strength: Load-bearing components (tracks and frames) utilize high-strength materials. Aluminum alloy wall thickness is ≥3mm for large-span partitions, and steel connectors undergo salt spray corrosion testing to ensure long-term stability without deformation.
Stability Design: Single partition area is typically controlled between 15-30㎡. Material weight is calculated according to ceiling load-bearing capacity (electric track ≥150kg per meter). Older buildings receive additional steel reinforcement. For ceiling heights of 5m or above, reinforced frames are adopted to prevent swaying.
Anti-Pinch & Anti-Collision Design: Electric partitions are equipped with infrared anti-pinch sensors or air-pressure sensors that automatically stop and reverse upon detecting obstacles. Buffer devices are installed at partition ends, and corners feature rounded edges or anti-collision strips (thickness ≥30mm).
Seismic Design: Key fixing points are reinforced, with secure anchoring between tracks and walls. Taller or heavier partitions include auxiliary support systems.
Emergency Functions: Manual release devices (mechanical lever, operating force ≤100N) are provided for power failures, with clear emergency operation instructions displayed prominently.
Fire Safety Integration: Fire-resistant partitions are linked with smoke detectors and the building’s fire protection system.
Sealing & Sound Insulation: Electrically operated top lifting seals ensure tight contact with the ceiling when closed. Bottom telescopic strips offer ±10mm height adjustment to accommodate floor variations. Sound insulation meets project requirements using double-layered glass, sound-absorbing cotton, or composite damping panels.

Electrical Safety: Grounding resistance testing is mandatory. Flame-retardant cables are used for motor power lines, and control signal lines are separated from power lines (spacing ≥300mm) to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Load Testing: Each partition must withstand 1.5 times its rated load for 24 hours without deformation. Key performance indicators remain within ±5% during 72-hour continuous operation tests.
Environmental Adaptability: Products operate reliably from -20℃ to 60℃ and 10%-95% relative humidity.
Rail System Installation: Laser levels ensure full monitoring. Track levelness error ≤1mm/3m and straightness error ≤2mm over total length. Concrete ceilings use M10 expansion bolts; steel structures are welded (weld thickness ≥8mm).
Partition Assembly: Tongue-and-groove joints with internal magnetic sealing strips (compression 3-5mm) eliminate vertical gaps. Curved partitions maintain curvature error ≤1° for smooth assembly.
User Operation Training: Comprehensive manuals are provided, emphasizing safe operation limits (e.g., single partition width ≤3.5m, height ≤6m).
Regular Maintenance Plan: Daily track cleaning, weekly sealing strip checks, quarterly motor current testing (within 10% of rated value), and semi-annual track levelness calibration.
By implementing these six core safety measures, we ensure that every movable partition wall and vertical folding lifting wall delivers reliable, long-term performance while prioritizing user safety and regulatory compliance.
