Decoding the Technology of Vertical Lifting Wall System - the Truth Is in the Details

1. Precision Mechanical Architecture

The system utilizes a high-quality aluminum alloy frame with guide rails and walls of moderate thickness, precision-machined to ensure straightness tolerances of less than 1mm. The core lifting mechanism utilizes a dual-guide drive with strong lever load capacity, combined with a cross-roller guideway to achieve millimeter-level positioning accuracy. The wall and guide rails are connected via an interface, allowing for quick and easy removal of individual wall units.

2. Intelligent Control Center

The key rotation direction is used to control the lifting direction of the wall. The arrow is upward and the wall rises, and the arrow is downward and the wall falls.
The "one-button return" function is specially designed. Two people press and hold the button to realize the automatic lifting and lowering of the wall and restore the preset height.

3. Safety protection system

A built-in air pressure sensor monitors user safety in real time. By identifying the air pressure environment of the contacting object, the system automatically detects obstacles and initiates emergency braking within 3 seconds.
A special rubber seal at the bottom of the wall creates a dynamic seal with the ground during lifting and lowering, ensuring sound insulation.

4. Material and process innovation

The walls are constructed of high-quality aluminum panels, offering lightweight and excellent sound insulation.
Surface treatments include an anodized layer for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance; a self-cleaning coating that removes oily writing, making the walls easy to clean; and a low-gloss finish combined with a low white saturation to minimize glare.

5. Environmental integration design

The track system offers two concealed solutions: a recessed ceiling, which completely conceals the panels and tracks within the ceiling; and a monochromatic wall finish, creating a pure, minimalist white track finish that matches the wall color.

Application scenario demonstration

In this project, Dali used the system to flexibly transform a 3.82-meter-high space into: a fully open space, with walls extending to the ceiling to create a large, column-free open space; and a semi-enclosed space. Within the fully enclosed space, a double-walled open space was created, creating a separate conference room with a soundproofing rating of 62 decibels.
