Site Survey and Design Planning
Space Measurement: Identify precisely the length, height and the level of your floor (tolerance of 3mm/2m).
Requirement Confirmation: Define partition type (manual/automatic), panel materials, and functional needs (soundproof/fireproof).
Design Plan: Offer 3D models and layouts of tracks and marking the locations of power supply.
Materials and Tools Checklist
Material Core: Track Wheels, panels Seals, screws and expansion bolts.
Additional Tools: Laser level and electric drills wrenches and tape measures, vacuum cleaner.
Safety Equipment: Gloves dust masks, goggles.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Floor Load Problems: Reinforce the flooring or choose track that is lightweight.
Uneven Walls: Use the leveling spacers to alter the height of tracks.

Functionality Check
Manual Models: Examine panel motion with ease and resistivity.
Semi-Automatic Models: Check for the smooth operation of lower and upper seals.
Soundproofing Test
Determine the noise level within and outside of the partitioned space (using the decibel meter to ensure precision).
Sealing Check
Place an A4-sized sheet of paper into gap in the panel. A high resistance suggests a good seal.
Fire Resistance Test
The fireproof panel should be able to withstand one minute of flame direct without breaking (compliant to GB15763.1).
Appearance and Detail Inspection
Flatness of the Panel Check with a ruler of 2 meters for checking, and ensure gaps less than 2 millimeters.
Track Cleanliness: Examine for any scratches, rust or dust.
Customization: Check for that the logo is spray painted and you have lighting strip homogeneity.
Installation Issues
Uneven Tracks: Adjust the spacers or test using a laser level.
Panel jamming: Clean track and then apply Lubricant.
Semi-Automatic Failure: Examine for power supply or turn off your motor control.
Acceptance Issues
If the soundproofing is not enough, replace seals, or install an acoustic insulation.
Large Gaps: Adjust connectors and add additional strips of sealant.
Squeaky Wheels: Replace the bearings or use lubricant made of silicon.
This manual will guide you through the procedure from planning to approval and ensures that the partition walls comply with the most stringent requirements for quality and performance.
