Why Does the Movable Partition Wall Shake After Being Used for a Long Time?

Minefield 1: The track is not installed firmly, and the foundation is the key

Correct approach:The track must be fixed on the load-bearing structure (such as concrete floor, steel beam), and it is strictly forbidden to install it directly on the lightweight partition wall or ceiling keel.
Before installation, the level meter must be used to accurately calibrate the flatness of the track, and the error must be controlled within ±1mm.
The spacing between expansion bolts is ≤60cm, and the depth of each bolt is ≥8cm to ensure that the track is tightly engaged with the building structure.

Minefield 2: The hanging wheel system is not debugged, details determine the experience

Correct approach:The gap between the hanging wheel and the track must be strictly matched, and the single-side gap is ≤0.5mm. Too large will cause shaking, and too small will cause jamming.
After installation, 3-5 no-load sliding tests must be performed to adjust the height of the hanging wheel so that the door body is evenly stressed.
Check the lubricity of the hanging wheel bearing regularly. It is recommended to add special lubricating oil (not ordinary butter) every six months.

Minefield 3: Wall verticality deviation, cumulative error becomes a hidden danger

Correct approach:Use an infrared level to detect the verticality of the entire wall before installation. If the error exceeds 3mm, leveling is required in advance.
The gap between the door body and the wall must be kept consistent from top to bottom, with a top gap of ≤5mm and a bottom gap of ≤8mm.
After the sealing strip is installed, it needs to be compacted with a pressure roller to avoid the door body from being offset due to deformation of the strip.
