The Baker 105 Series is a 105mm thick temporary partition wall engineered for exceptional acoustic insulation, flexible space division, and long-term durability.

Constructed with a 6063-T5 aluminum alloy frame, high-density rock wool, DuPont POM rollers, ceiling track, and acoustic panels, it delivers an STC rating of 38dB to 54dB, ensuring optimal sound control and adaptability in various environments.

Each partition panel features an integrated scissor jack mechanism, manually operated via a removable handle on the edge profile. Two support options are available: a single-action mechanism or a laminated continuous crank system, designed to adapt to uneven floors or structural deflection in overhead tracks. The continuous crank system can be equipped with a jack device that, once engaged, transfers 30–50% of the panel’s weight onto the floor—making it ideal for installations where the overhead structure has limited load-bearing capacity.

Each panel is custom-built to project specifications, ensuring maximum flexibility, premium finishes, and long-term durability.
